Regrets to learn of Wolf's difficulties; advises him not to return to Austria no matter what assurances he is given; will talk to [John Flournoy] Montgomery, now in U.S., before he returns to Hungary and bring Wolf's situation to his attention; can do nothing officially for persons not American citizens, but if Montgomery can do anything to help personally or unofficially, is sure that he will.
