English policy merely delaying war, giving Germany time to gain control over Southeastern Europe, when she will be in better position to make war; convinced that Germany intends to absorb Czechoslovakia; Mussolini not in love with Berlin, but loves England less; Berlin-Rome axis remains blackmailing instrument; number of German agents in U.S. increasing; U.S. taking steps to stop unAmerican activities; increasing interference with U.S. business and industrial interests in Germany; German government trying to have Budd Company patent invalidated in the Courts, so that they might use it unrestrictedly; Budd Company advised to fight suit.
