Just returned from six month's tour of Europe; with Russian-German alliance war was inevitable; America must act quickly; England and France not fighting for Poland but for themselves, for they would be next; if England and France lose America could be next and U.S. would have to fight combined forces of Germany, Russia, and Japan; U.S. must repeal Neutrality Act and show where she stands.
