Description
Finds it significant that next to youngest of American republics joins with oldest in celebrating Independence Day; in both Cuba and U.S. struggle for independence was severe; now freedom is again being threatened; all American republics desire peace, but they also want to maintain their institutions and their sovereignty; feels confident all of the people of the Americas are willing to devote their energies and resources to that end.
