Jansa, formerly military attaché at Austrian legation in Berlin now brought back to head General Staff of Austrian Army; his opinion is that present regime in Germany has to maintain its position by force; spoke of excesses of the Nazis against Church and Jews; struggle within Party between radical and conservative elements; economic problems may bring about downfall of regime.
