Enclosure: See No. 1752. Enclosing copy of memorandum giving details to be released to press regarding visit of demonstration unit of U.S. Army Air Force to Mexico City; copies of memorandum have gone to War Dept. and to Mexican authorities with instructions not to release before Dec. 2; hopes unit will include some B-29's, but not sure airport facilities safe for them; President [Avila Camacho] especially interested in radar equipment; will brief American correspondents in Mexico City.
