Description
Almost identical with No. 1931 but apparently written much later. Relates incident of discovery in Curaçao of German code; seemingly innocent insurance policy with certain words underlined was method used; sent policy to Washington where it was turned over to Military Intelligence; mails were watched for similar policies and as result large number of German agents in America were apprehended.
