Disturbed by opposition in some quarters to Mexican-American Commission for Economic Cooperation; Commission assumes no responsibility for industrial ventures, but acts in advisory capacity to discourage unsound projects; projects to be undertaken by private Mexican or American capital; those who fear increased tarriff to protect young Mexican industries do so needlessly; the more Mexico produces, the more she will buy from U.S.
