Abstract
There has been a lot of discussion of the New Economy: estimates of the importance of the high tech industry to the economy litter the media. Oftentimes, however, details of the size and composition of high tech industry are at best sketchy. Presented here is a working paper that sheds some light on what the high tech industry is in Delaware, and how it is performing relative to that of other states.
