This is a report on phase I of an ongoing study of the status, nature and impact of full-day kindergarten (FDK) in Delaware’s public school districts. Phase I examines the status and nature of FDK in Delaware. Phase II, planned for completion in spring 2004, will compare the educational impact of FDK and half-day kindergarten (HDK)
