Abstract
In response to a joint executive and legislative directive authorized by the 147th Delaware General Assembly, this report serves as an analysis and provides recommendations on behalf of the Blue Collar Task Force (Task Force) regarding existing state policies, programs and practices to attract, retain and expand upon blue-collar jobs in Delaware.
The report details the activities of the Task Force between August, 2013, and January, 2014, and includes ten recommendations to Governor Jack Markell and the Delaware General Assembly for action.
