I herewith enclose Invoice and Receipts of Medical and Hospital Stores addressed to you, and which have been delivered to [begin handwritten text] Capt Curuning Asst [end handwritten text] Qr. Master at Baltimore, Md., for Transportation.

Please sign and return two receipts to this office at your earliest convenience, the other to be forwarded to the Surgeon General, Washington, as per paragraph 8, Medl. Reg., or 1237, General Reg. of 1861.

Should an error occur, or a part of the Stores fail to reach you, a report of the same should be sent to this office before returning receipts.
