Description
Has been travelling on the ocean for over a week and out of touch, but sure events have been thoroughly covered by newspapers. A real revolution has taken place [in Germany] which has effected every phase of life. Too early to see what trends new order will take. Mutual commercial interests between U.S.-Germany are considerable; important to keep avenues of communication open in these difficult times.
