Description
Give history and background of Sinarquista movement in Mexico. Sees some similarity between it and Nazi movement in Germany in the early stages. Started as a lay Catholic movement but could develop into a strong political instrument if controlled by fanatics. Unrealistic not to recognize its potential danger. It received funds from German sources. Intends to watch the movement very closely.. Relates meetings with Archbishop and President re Sinarquismo. Tells of Marquis de Castellon's activities in opposing the Falange influence in Latin American Clergy. Explains forthcoming mission to Washington and asks that his application for visa be expedited
