Arrest by Austrian government of Nazis in Austria bears out reports of planned German putsch in Austria; Austrian government no doubt warned in time and the arests resulted; autograph P.S. English press reports German army was to hold demonstrations on Austrian frontier and that Austrian Chancellor was to be forced out.
