No. 137 } (Extract)

[illegible] Lieutenant Colonel N.B. Knight, 1st Delaware Cavalry, dismissed the service for disobedience of orders, neglect of duty, and incompetency, by Special Order, No. 427, December 2d 1864 from this Office, is hereby restored to his command with pay from the date at which he rejoins his regiment for duty, provided the vacancy has not been filled, evidence of which must be obtained from the Governor.
